Delivery Policy
Delivery times for postage of your order will depend upon your destination and availability of the product you select. If your item is in stock, as indicated by the website, we will despatch the product by the next working day for all orders received before 1pm. Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday only, except for Bank Holidays. A signature is required as proof of delivery.

We have partnered with DPD in the UK and trusted partners for Europe and the rest of the world in order to ensure that you receive your packages securely and on time.

We have outlined the delivery options you can choose from below.
Delivery prices outlined are relevant for total weight of up to 5 kilos. We will call you to advise delivery costs if your order exceeds this.

UK Mainland Delivery - £5.50:
We aim to pick and dispatch your order from our warehouse by the next working day when possible for stock items.

Returns Policy:
At iSPORTshop Limited, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free, convenient service. We sell the equipment you want to buy, the way you want to buy it; so we want you to be happy with your purchase from us.

However, if for any reason you would like to return a product, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item within 30 days of purchase, providing the goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.

Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please also note we cannot accept any returns of a personalised product.

If you would like to return your item, please enclose a note about the nature of the return to enable our team to process your return as quickly as possible, and post the item back in its original packaging to:
