Donna Urquhart Signs With Harrow
Australian squash star Donna Urquhart has signed a long-term agreement with leading racquet and equipment manufacturer Harrow Sports.
Donna joins some of the world’s best women squash players in the company’s stable, including Australian teammates Kasey Brown and Lisa Camilleri.
Donna, 25, is ranked 15th in the world and was a member of the Australian team that won the last Women’s World Teams Championship in 2010.
She also won a bronze medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in the women’s doubles alongside Kasey.
Donna said being with an established company like Harrow would allow her to concentrate on breaking into the world’s top 10.
“Harrow make great racquets and associated squash gear and I am thrilled to be a part of their team,” she said.
“They are wonderful supporters of women’s squash and really look after their players. I know that reaching my goal of a top 10 spot will be so much easier with their guidance.”
Harrow Sport Vice President of Racquet Sports Dave Rosen said he was delighted to have Donna on board.
“Donna is a powerful addition to the Harrow Sports team," Rosen said.
“She's a great player and is an ideal partner to help promote our brand and inspire young athletes.”

Donna has been a professional squash player for the past seven years. She won national age titles at 15 and 17 years, then was crowned Australian junior champion in 2005, before switching to the professional ranks. Since October 2005 she has taken her world ranking from 169 to a high of 13 and has won six titles on the Women’s Squash Association professional tour. She is a scholarship holder with the Australian Institute of Sport and has represented Australia at junior and senior level
